Natalie Tucker

Natalie Tucker serves as Senior Vice President and Radiopharmaceutical Business Unit Head at Y-mAbs Therapeutics. With extensive expertise in competitive strategy and operational execution across the pharmaceutical industry, she drives the company’s radiopharmaceutical initiatives with strategic vision and leadership. Previously, Ms. Tucker served as Y-mAbs’ Vice President of Business Development and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Prior to joining Y-mAbs, she was Co-Lead of Strategy & Transformation at global consultancy Guidehouse, where she specialized in preparing clinical-stage biotech companies for commercial launches in domestic and international markets. Before that, Ms. Tucker was Executive Director, Head of Business Planning and Strategy for the Radioligand Therapy (RLT) business unit at Novartis, where she successfully led strategic initiatives and asset launches. Earlier, she served as Director of Technology Development at Strata Skin Sciences (formerly MELA Sciences) and spent five years in clinical operations. Before her pharmaceutical career, she competed internationally as a professional golfer with three tournament victories on various professional tours including the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), Canadian Tour, and Asian Tour. Ms. Tucker holds an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management and a B.S. from Indiana University Bloomington.
