Michael Rossi is President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of Y-mAbs Therapeutics. Mr. Rossi has more than 30 years of radiopharmaceutical, drug development, commercialization, and people leadership experience on a global scale, most recently as President, Medical Group at Mirion Technologies. Before Mirion, he served as the Head of Radioligand Imaging for Advanced Accelerators Applications (AAA), a Novartis Company. Mr. Rossi also spent five years at Jubilant Pharma, where he served in several different roles, including President of Jubilant Radiopharma, and brings experience from GE Healthcare, Tyco Healthcare/Mallinckrodt and Syncor International. Mr. Rossi earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and holds an Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist Certification from Butler University. He has served on several boards of directors and remains a Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania.

Thomas Gad founded Y-mAbs Therapeutics in April 2015 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since the Company’s inception. Mr. Gad serves as Founder, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chief Business Officer. Inspired by his daughter’s transformational and challenging journey through years of high-risk neuroblastoma treatment and her experience receiving breakthrough immunotherapy at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to overcome the cancer, Mr. Gad founded Y-mAbs Therapeutics, securing executive management and seed capital for the inception of the Company. Mr. Gad has more than 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including business development, senior management, financing, and licensing negotiations. Mr. Gad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, California, U.S.

Torben Lund-Hansen, PhD, serves as SVP, Chief Technical Officer. Dr. Lund-Hansen has substantial experience in antibody process development, commercial manufacturing, and global project management from his time at Novo Nordisk A/S, Maxigen, Inc., and Genmab A/S. At Genmab, he served as Senior Vice President, Technical Operations, and was responsible for outsourcing clinical and commercial drug substance and drug product manufacturing. From 2008 to 2009, he was President and Treasurer for Genmab Mn, Inc., in Minnesota, US. Dr. Lund-Hansen has been responsible for compiling technical CMC documentation packages submitted to global regulatory agencies, followed by approval and launch of several biologics. Dr. Lund-Hansen received his MSc and PhD from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Peter Pfreundschuh joined Y-mAbs in June 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. He has a wealth of leadership experience across the healthcare sector with deep experience in developing and commercializing novel pharmaceutical products. Mr. Pfreundschuh previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to Voyager, Mr. Pfreundschuh served as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Business Development at Frequency Therapeutics, Inc., and before that, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at UroGen Pharma Ltd. Earlier on in his biotech career, he served as Chief Financial Officer and other executive roles at Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Immunomedics, Inc. and Circulite, Inc.. Before that, Mr. Pfreundschuh held progressively senior roles across Finance, Commercial Operations, and Business Development at Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca. He started his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Pfreundschuh currently serves on the Board of Directors of NorthStar Medical Technologies, LLC, the parent company of NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC. He graduated from Rutgers University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned a Master of Business Administration from Rider University. Mr. Pfreundschuh is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.

Vignesh Rajah, MBBS, DCH, MRCP(UK), MBA, serves as SVP, Chief Medical Officer. Dr Rajah qualified as physician in University of London, and has 10 years’ experience in hospital practice, specializing in Internal Medicine and Paediatric Critical Care in the UK. He brings extensive experience in Medical Affairs since joining the industry in 2001, with roles of increasing seniority in global pharma companies including Sanofi, Wyeth and most recently GSK, covering multiple therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology and Respiratory. In his most recent role in GSK, (2015-2020) he was VP, Europe Area Medical Head managing a large medical organization, accountable for medical affair activities in pre-launch and post-launch phase, life-cycle management of medicines, safety & pharmacovigilance, medical governance, and building industry-leading medical capabilities.

Joris Wilms serves as SVP, Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Wilms has extensive industry experience in clinical development, with a focus in oncology and hematology indications. He has been responsible for overseeing several first-in-human studies and pivotal clinical trials, leading to the approval of two monoclonal antibodies. Previous positions include VP, Clinical Trial Services and Pharmacovigilance, at KLIFO A/S, and Associate Director, Clinical Development, at Genmab A/S. Mr. Wilms received his MSc Pharm from the University of Groningen, Netherlands.

Sue Smith serves as SVP, Chief Commercial Officer. Ms. Smith brings extensive commercial experience including from several successful product launches within cancer, rare diseases and endocrinology. Ms. Smith has more than 25 years of US and global oncology and rare disease experience. From 2012 to 2021 she was employed by Kyowa Kirin, Inc., in various commercial positions of increasing responsibility – most recently as its Vice President, US Oncology Business Unit Head. Previous positions include Head, Oncology Marketing at EUSA Pharma Inc., Vice President at Interlink Healthcare Communications and several managerial positions at Bristol-Meyers Squibb. Ms. Smith received her Master of Science from Purdue University, Indiana.

Norman LaFrance, M.D., joined Y-mAbs as Chief Development Officer in June 2024. Dr. LaFrance brings over 40 years of deep radiopharmaceutical experience as both a nuclear medicine physician and pharmaceutical executive. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer, Senior Vice President of PLUS Therapeutics, Inc., and prior to that, as Chief Medical Officer at Jubilant Pharma Ltd. Earlier, Dr. LaFrance served as Global Chief Medical Officer at IBA Molecular and earlier, as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. LaFrance practiced medicine and held academic faculty appointments at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is Double Board Certified with Fellowship status both in internal medicine and nuclear medicine. Dr. LaFrance received his B.S and Master of Engineering degrees in nuclear engineering and science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and his M.D. from the University of Arizona, College of Medicine, Tucson.
